Please be sure to inform of us any restrictions your facility may have regarding, but not limited to, printed page limits, color restrictions, double-sided prints, and any other restrictions that may apply to your order. We are not responsible for rejected search/research material or images/photos/videos and refunds will not be issued. Any requests for resending materials will be charged. For all other returned products, there is a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will not be issued for items returned engraved, damaged, or with factory seal opened. There will be no refunds for customized items.
